Commercial

Your property is the first thing customers see.

Fikes Property Maintenance keeps commercial grounds cut and storefronts clean across St. Robert, Waynesville, Dixon, Richland and Rolla. We’re your one-stop shop for all of your exterior property needs, on a set schedule, with work you don’t have to check up on.

What we handle

Two services, done on a schedule.

Freshly mowed lawn along a walkway

Grounds & mowing

Weekly or bi-weekly visits during the season, on the same day each week, so the lot looks right when people pull in.

  • Mowing, trimming and hard edging along curbs and walks
  • Parking lots, entrances and walks blown clean
  • Weeds kept down in beds, cracks and islands
  • Litter picked up before every mow
  • Leaf cleanup and hauling in the fall
Pressure washing a commercial sidewalk

Pressure washing

Gum, grease, mildew and the dark film that builds up where people walk, cleaned off on a regular schedule or before an inspection or event.

  • Sidewalks, entrances and storefronts
  • Drive-thru lanes and dumpster pads
  • Building fronts, awnings and signs
  • Church steps, porticos and parking areas
  • Can be scheduled after hours so customers aren’t disrupted
Who we work with

Built for the people who answer for the property.

Property managers & apartments

One vendor for every address, a separate invoice for each property, and photos after each visit that you can forward to owners. Rental turns near Fort Leonard Wood can be added when you need them.

Restaurants & retail

Clean entrances, walks and drive-thru lanes, mowed on a schedule that works around your rush. Your lot looks like you care about it, because someone does.

Churches & nonprofits

Grounds ready for Sunday and for every wedding, funeral and community event in between. We’ll work around your calendar, not the other way around.

Offices, medical & storage

A clean, safe walk from the parking lot to the front door for patients, clients and tenants, with nothing for your staff to manage.

How it works

Straightforward from the first call.

Retired U.S. Army and run like it: we show up when we say, communicate clearly, and finish the job.

How do you price commercial work?

Per property, after a quick walk of the site. You get a written scope that lists every service and how often it’s done, with a flat price per visit or per month, before you commit to anything.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance, and we’ll send a certificate of insurance on request.

Can you invoice per property?

Yes. Each property gets its own invoice and its own visit record. We accept check, cash and the common payment apps.

Who do I call if something’s wrong?

Eric, at (573) 238-8183. You won’t go through a call center or a dispatcher. You’ll talk to the owner of the company.

Do you work after hours or on weekends?

Pressure washing is often best done early in the morning, in the evening or on a weekend, when the lot is empty. Just tell us what works for your business.
