The tape doesn’t lie.

Drag the line. Every job closes with photos from the same spot, so you can see exactly what got done without being there.

Family-run

It started as a family thing. It still is.

Fikes Property Maintenance began as a way for us to learn business together and spend more time outdoors as a family. It grew fast. Now it’s homes, rentals and local businesses from Richland to Rolla, but the way we work hasn’t changed.

We do the job right the first time. Every edge clean, every cut precise, every cleanup finished. And we treat your property the way we treat our own.

One property, one family, one season at a time.

How a job runs

Every job gets a work order.

From the first text to the last photo, you always know which step the job is on.

Work orderFPM-—
  1. Request in

Quote form, a call, or a texted photo. The address and a rough description are enough.

  2. Scope & flat price, in writing

Same day, usually within a few hours. There’s no hourly meter.

  3. Scheduled on a real day

Not “sometime next week.” If weather moves it, you hear it from me first.

  4. Photo closeout

Before-and-after photos, plus a note on anything else worth watching.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Don’t see yours? Call or text (573) 238-8183.

Do you only do lawns?

No. Lawn care is one of six service lines. Gutters, washing, fence and porch repairs, storm cleanup, snow, and property care for rentals and empty houses all run through the same call.

Are quotes really free?

Yes. Most jobs I can price from the address and a photo. Bigger or unusual work gets a quick walk-through. Either way, you get a written scope and a flat price before anything starts, and there’s no obligation.

How fast can you start?

Quotes go out the same day. Most one-time jobs get scheduled within a week or two, and sooner after a storm. During peak leaf season the calendar fills up, so call early.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers aren’t. That’s why every job closes with before-and-after photos.

Do you take one-time jobs?

Yes. A one-time cleanup, wash or repair is fine. Recurring plans just keep things from getting away from you.

What if you find something else wrong?

You’ll get a photo and a price, and nothing happens without your okay. Anything that needs a licensed trade gets referred out.
